Pizza Night on the Couch: Steven Universe Boy and Alien Pal
Coloring guide
Two friends are splitting a pizza on a cozy couch. The smiling boy has tousled hair and a hoodie, and he's holding up a mushroom slice. Next to him, his round little alien buddy is chomping on a slice too. The alien has two antennae with ball tips, a star on its forehead, big sparkly eyes, rosy cheeks and chunky feet with toe pads. Between them, a tray holds the whole pizza cut into wedges, covered in mushroom slices and round pepperoni. Look behind the couch and you'll spot a heart-decorated pillow, a table lamp, and a leafy potted plant on a side table. Everything is big and easy to see, which works well for preschoolers and early elementary kids. A minty green or soft purple alien with a bright yellow star will stand out against a warm orange couch. Add this to your Steven Universe coloring page collection, alongside Dog Man and Baby Shark.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big blue areas: color the sofa, its cushions and the sofa back with sky blue, keeping the lighter edges for later.
- 2Fill the alien's body and its arms and legs with lime green, then use leaf green for the antenna ball, the plant leaves and the flower pot ring.
- 3Color the boy's hoodie, sleeves and heart on the yellow pillow in bright red, and use navy blue for his pants, with light blue for his socks.
- 4Add skin tone to the boy's face, ears and hands, then fill the lamp shade with cream and the lamp base with sky blue, leaving the eye whites and the lamp pull cord white.
- 5Paint the pizza: golden yellow for the cheese, orange for the crust, warm gray for the tray rim, and bright red dots for the pepperoni.
- 6Finish with the small details: pale tones for the pizza highlights, light pink for the alien's open mouth, and caramel for the shelf. Optional: add a slightly darker shade of the same color along one side of the sofa for depth.
