Kneeling Officer, Puppy and Little Girl Beside a Police Car
Coloring guide
On one knee in the grass, a smiling police officer gently holds a fluffy puppy against his chest. A little girl watches with her hands clasped in delight. She has a ponytail and wears a short-sleeved shirt, shorts, and sneakers. The officer has a cap with a badge, a shoulder radio, a utility belt, and a star-shaped badge on his shirt. Farther back, a police car with a light bar on the roof sits by a wooden fence, with rolling hills, bushes, and a puffy cloud behind it. Small grass tufts dot the foreground. Golden-brown fur on the puppy and navy blue for the uniform will help the pup stand out. You can download the free PDF for kids and coloring fans of all ages. - 1Start with the grass and field areas in grass green, leaving the car body and the sock and shoe soles white.
- 2Color the officer's uniform, shirt, cap and sleeves in navy blue, then fill the girl's shorts in light blue and the girl's shirt in rose pink.
- 3Fill the skin areas of the officer's face, hands and arms, and the girl's face, arms and legs in peach, leaving the eye whites and the sock tops white.
- 4Color the puppy in honey yellow and the girl's ponytail and hair in chocolate brown, using a lighter touch on the puppy's belly.
- 5Add the car windows in pale sky blue, the tires in charcoal gray, the light bar with bright red and royal blue, and the fence in caramel.
- 6Finish with the boots, belt pouches and radio in charcoal gray, and the badges in sunny yellow. Optional: add a little darker shading on the trousers and shirt for depth.
