This is a busy all-over pattern full of chubby Pusheen cats, each with a heart on its tummy and a striped tail. A few hold tiny ice cream cones in their paws. Filling the gaps are ringed planets, a big outlined star with a smaller one beside it, a shooting star with a streaky tail and a crescent moon. You'll also see sparkly four-point stars, two ice cream sundaes in footed dishes topped with cherries, and a swirly soft-serve sundae with a small cat face peeking out. Popsicles on sticks and a striped ball near the edge round it out. Open shapes keep it easy for little hands, and the small bits give older kids something to chew on. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big cat bodies: color the cream-colored cats with cream, and the gray cats with light gray, leaving the white stripes and eye highlights white.
- 2Fill the large and small stars and the shooting star with butter yellow and golden yellow, and color the moon butter yellow too.
- 3Color the planets and macarons: lavender purple for the planets and their rings, and use soft pink and mint green for the stacked macarons.
- 4Color the ice cream sundaes and cones with sky blue bowls, coral pink and chocolate brown scoops, and peach beige or caramel for the sundae tops.
- 5Add the coral pink hearts on the cats and the popsicles in sky blue and soft pink, with wood tan sticks.
- 6Optional: add a little extra shading on the edges of the cats and sundae bowls with a slightly darker shade of the same color for depth.
