A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the big umbrella leaf leaf green, leaving the thin highlight lines along its edge white.
- 2Fill the gnome's pointed hat with bright red and the frog's body with pale yellow.
- 3Color the gnome's coat and sleeves royal blue, and use peach for his face, hands and ears, keeping the white beard and mustache unpainted.
- 4Fill the boots and umbrella stem with warm brown, the belt pouch with tan, and the gnome's legs with leaf green.
- 5Color the raindrops, lily pads and large puddle sky blue, and paint the frog's legs lime green.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of royal blue or warm brown in the shaded parts to add depth. Keep the eye whites, teeth, belt buckle and flower petals white.
