Rarity Looking Back, a My Little Pony Walking Pose
Coloring guide
Here's Rarity in a graceful walking pose, one front hoof lifted as she turns to glance back over her shoulder with a sweet smile. Her big sparkly eyes with long lashes, curled striped mane and wavy flowing tail are drawn in clean, bold lines that small hands can follow easily. Three diamonds sit on her flank, and a single spiral horn rises from the top of her head. No background here, so the page stays simple for young colorers. White or soft lilac would look lovely on her coat, with deep purple curls and bright blue eyes, and you could let the three diamonds stand out in a contrasting shade. Download it as a free PDF for some screen-free time at home. Fans of My Little Pony coloring pages often like Rainbow Rangers and Lego Friends as well.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- medium purple
- lilac
- deep violet
- pale lavender
- sky blue
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the horn and its swirl stripes with pale lavender, leaving the horn tip and streaks light.
- 2Fill the mane, forelock, and main tail with medium purple, working around the white face and body.
- 3Use lilac for the tail tufts, the curly ends of the mane, and the tail's outer stripes.
- 4Add deep violet to the inner tail stripes and the darker mane curls near the back to add depth.
- 5Fill the eye iris with sky blue, leaving the eye whites and small shine spots white. Optional: add a little lilac shading along the mane edges for extra dimension.
