Rarity Posing With Her Curled Mane, My Little Pony Unicorn
Coloring guide
Rarity stands side-on and turns her head a little toward you, with a gentle smile and big sparkly eyes framed by long lashes. Her curled mane is pinned up in an elegant updo, with one long ribbon-like strand hanging beside her face and a small earring on her ear. Her horn peeks out from the front of her hair, and her tail sweeps back in big flowing stripes that end in a tight curl. Three diamonds mark her flank. Her name, RARITY, is written in decorative letters next to her, and with no background the page is easy for little hands. A soft white coat, deep purple stripes in the mane and tail, and sky blue eyes would suit her. Download the free PDF for a classroom project or a weekend craft. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- deep purple
- soft lavender
- baby pink
- pale yellow
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Leave the pony body, legs, hooves, face, and horn white. Start by coloring the mane and tail strands in deep purple, working one section at a time.
- 2Fill the remaining mane curls, tail strands, and ear curls in soft lavender, alternating with the deep purple so the hair looks striped.
- 3Color the badge in the top right corner: the center with baby pink and the star section with pale yellow.
- 4Keep the eye whites, eye shine, and horn white so they stand out against the purple hair.
- 5Optional: Add a little extra depth by shading the underside of a few tail curls with a slightly darker purple.
