Here's a Transformers Rescue Bots robot drawn three separate times, set up like a character model sheet. In every view the robot stands straight with its arms down at its sides. The front view shows a rounded, dome-shaped chest. Next to it is a side view, and the third view is from behind, where long, thin blade-like strips run down the back. Look closely and you'll spot chunky shoulder armor, boxy forearms, round details at the knees and ankles, and angular feet. The Rescue Bots logo is tucked into the top left corner. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big red areas: the round chest of the back robot, the side robot's body, and the red shoulder pads and arm panels on all three robots.
- 2Fill the blue domes on top of the heads and the blue upper legs and feet with royal blue, adding a small steel blue patch near the side robot's knee.
- 3Color the golden yellow parts next: the front face visor, the round knees and wheels, the tall side fin, and the back wheels.
- 4Use light gray for the arm pieces, tall fins and leg panels, then warm gray and charcoal gray for the legs, waist and dark claws, and silver gray for the small side visor and hands.
- 5Leave the logo, the small highlight on the back shoulder and the tiny details white. Optional: add a little shading along the edges of the red parts for depth.
