Romero Britto Woman Portrait with Patterned Hair Sections

A woman's face fills the center of this page, drawn with the bold black outlines and chunky shapes that Romero Britto is known for. Her long hair sweeps out in thick curved sections, and each section is filled with its own pattern, like polka dot circles, stripes and little grid panels. She has long lashes, strong arched brows, a heart-shaped mark on her cheek, a round patch on the other cheek and a hoop earring. Fluffy fur-like edges frame the bottom of the picture, and a striped panel runs down the left side. Try coloring each hair section in a different bright shade and keep the face in softer tones so it stands out. It is also a nice way to talk about pattern and contrast with kids.
