Sailor Moon Winks and Salutes With Hand on Hip

A cheerful sailor suited girl stands with her feet wide apart, winking and smiling as she raises one hand to her forehead in a playful salute. Her other hand rests on her hip. She has two round buns on top of her head with very long pigtails that stream down past her knees and end in little curls with band details near the tips. The outfit includes a big bow with a round brooch at the chest, a sailor collar, a pleated skirt, arm gloves with folded cuffs, small earrings and tall boots with a decorated cuff at the top. Behind her is a large circle with a curved crescent shape. Try coloring the crescent background in soft yellows or night blues, then pick two bold colors for the bow and collar so they stand out. The big open spaces in the pigtails are easy for younger kids to fill in, and the printable page also works well for practicing blending.
