Long Twin Tails Frame Sailor Moon and Her Heart Brooch

A smiling Sailor Moon looks out from the page with her hair in two round buns on top and long twin tails flowing down both sides. She wears a tiara with a heart-shaped center, star-tipped hair clips, round earrings, and a choker with a small crescent moon charm. Her sailor collar has several stripes, and a big bow sits on the chest with a heart-shaped brooch in the middle. One gloved hand is raised near her hair, and she has puffy sleeves and bracelet-like bands at the wrist. Large swirling oval shapes fill the bottom corners. Try soft pinks and yellows for the hair and a bold blue and red scheme for the bow and collar. The big open spaces in the hair are also good for practicing smooth, even shading with colored pencils.
