Scowling Chuck, the Yellow Angry Birds Favorite
Coloring guide
This page shows a lone triangular bird with a fierce scowl, close up and with no background. It looks like Chuck, the speedy yellow bird. Three pointed feathers sprout from his head: two tall ones and one angled off to the side. He has thick slanted eyebrows, round eyes with small pupils, and a little pointed beak. A curved line across the lower face sets off a belly patch you can shade in a different color. Younger kids should find it easy to stay inside the big, simple shapes. Sunny yellow fits the body and head feathers, bright orange suits the beak, and pale cream works for the lower patch. Dark brown or black eyebrows help his grumpy look pop. Save it as a free PDF for your growing collection. Fans of Angry Birds coloring pages often like Super Mario and Roblox as well.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- golden yellow
- pale cream
- charcoal gray
- tangerine orange
- crimson red
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the big round body of the bird with golden yellow, leaving the eye areas for later.
- 2Color the lower belly area at the bottom of the bird with pale cream, following the curved line.
- 3Color the three tail feathers at the top with charcoal gray, starting from the largest one in the middle.
- 4Fill both thick eyebrows with crimson red so the bird looks grumpy.
- 5Color the top and bottom parts of the pointy beak with tangerine orange, leaving a small gap along the middle line.
- 6Leave the eye whites and background white. Optional: add a little darker yellow along the edges of the body for depth.
