Shaggy Dog With a Bone Dot to Dot

Shaggy Dog With a Bone Dot to Dot coloring page

Coloring guide

A shaggy, wire-haired dog sits facing right with its head turned up and a bone resting on the grass near its front paws. Numbered dots from 1 to 35 mark the outline, starting at the little nose on the right and running down the chin, chest and front legs. The numbers then loop around the back haunches and curve up along the back, neck and top of the head. Short pen strokes already show the rough fur on the face, chest, legs and body, so kids only need to connect the dots to finish the shape. This printable works well for children practicing counting in order up to 35. Once the dog is complete, try coloring it in warm browns and grays, and leave the bone a creamy white so it stands out against the grass.
