Shape Train Geometric Coloring Page with Circle, Star and Heart
Coloring guide
A happy little locomotive with a smiling face and big sparkly eyes pulls three small wagons down a simple track. Its chimney has a triangle on top, the cab has a square window, and the wheels are chunky and round. Each wagon holds one large shape, a circle, a star and a heart, so it's an easy way to practice shape names with preschoolers. The track has evenly spaced sleepers, and there are plenty of wide spots for little hands to fill. Yellow for the circle, orange for the star and pink or red for the heart looks good, and a bright blue engine will stand out from the wagons. Bold outlines keep it friendly for beginners and younger kids. Print it free for a quiet afternoon, a shapes lesson or a rainy day. - 2Color the car under the circle, the heart shape, the chimney top triangle and the small bumper at the front with cherry red.
- 3Fill the circle shape, the chimney stack and the wheel rims with bright blue, and color the heart car body with lavender purple.
- 4Color the star with golden yellow and the cab window with light sky blue, keeping the small gaps between parts white.
- 5Color the railway sleepers chocolate brown, the track rails light gray, the engine bottom step steel blue, and the centers of the two engine wheels lemon yellow.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of the same color along one side of each shape to give a gentle shadow.
