Sidesaddle Seahorse Ride for Aquaman and His Trident

A smiling Aquaman rides sidewise on a big seahorse, holding a long trident in one hand and the reins in the other. The seahorse has a ridged belly, a frilly crest on its head, a round eye, and a curled tail that loops at the bottom of the page. Small dotted patterns run along its body and tail, and the same kind of scale marks show on Aquaman's chest and arms. He wears a dark belt, boots, and gloves with flared cuffs. Round bubbles of different sizes float across the top of the water. This free page is a nice pick for practicing blends: try greens and teals on the seahorse, then use a bright orange for the hero's outfit so he pops out against the sea. Kids can also count the bubbles as they color them.
