Simple Goldfish With Long Flowing Tail Fins

Simple Goldfish With Long Flowing Tail Fins coloring sheet

Coloring guide

A single goldfish swims to the right, drawn in clean black outlines with no background at all. The body is round and smooth, with a small dot eye near the mouth and a curved line behind it that marks the gill. A tall dorsal fin sits on top, and two smaller fins sit on the underside and near the chin. The best part is the tail, which splits into long, pointed sections with thin lines running through them to show the fin rays. Because the shapes are big and open, this page is easy for younger kids to color in. Try orange on the body and blend yellow and red into the tail, or leave the fins a lighter shade so they look see-through. It also works well for a quick lesson on fish parts, since you can name each fin as you color it. Print as many copies as you need.
