Sitting Dragon With Large Wings and Curled Tail

A young dragon sits upright with its head turned to the side, looking off with large, calm eyes. Three long horns sweep back from its head, and small spiky frills sit behind the cheek and along the neck. Both wings are spread wide, with long ribbed bones and pointed tips, and the thick tail curls around in a big loop on the left side. The front legs are straight, and you can see the clawed toes on the front and back feet. The body is smooth and mostly open, so there is plenty of room for color. Try a soft gradient on the body, then pick a bold second color for the wing panels so the ribs stand out. This free printable works well for kids who like practicing shading on large areas.
