Sitting Puppy Under a Tree With Small Bird
Coloring guide
A fluffy puppy sits in the grass with its floppy ears hanging down, big eyes looking off to the side, and its tongue peeking out of a happy open mouth. Behind it, a large tree trunk rises on the right, with leafy branches arching overhead. A tiny bird perches on a branch near the trunk, and the puppy seems to be watching it. In the foreground you will find leafy plants, a few small dandelion-style flowers, and a stack of rounded rocks. Short grass tufts are scattered around the ground. Kids could color the puppy golden tan and use soft greens for the leaves, then pick a bright color for the little bird so it stands out. It also works well for a quick talk about animals that live in a backyard or park. The free printable has plenty of open space for crayons or markers.
