Six Patterned Spiders Crawling Across One Big Web

Six smiling cartoon spiders crawl across a large web that fills the whole page. Each one has round eyes, a small head, eight long legs and a rounded body with its own pattern. Three have bodies with horizontal stripes, one has wavy lines on a pointed body, and two have bodies marked with curved ridges. One spider in the middle has two little antennae and a curved smile. Most of them face downward along the silk threads, while the web lines make wide curved sections between them. The lines are clean and the spaces are a good size, so younger kids can color comfortably. Try giving every spider a different color pattern on its body and then filling the web sections in soft shades. It also works as a simple counting activity, or as a way to talk about how many legs spiders have.
