Six Chaos Emeralds Circling Sonic the Hedgehog
Coloring guide
Sonic sits in the middle of the page with his arms crossed over his chest and his spiky quills sweeping up and back in tall points. His eyes are narrowed and his mouth makes a small round shape, so he looks both focused and a little surprised. Six large faceted gems float around him: one in his raised hand, two on the left, one near his lower arm and two at the bottom. The background is empty, which keeps the page clean and easy to color. It's a nice chance to practice shading, with each gem getting its own bright color like blue, red, green, yellow, purple and turquoise. Sonic himself can be classic blue with peach skin on his face and arms. Print or download this free page for an easy afternoon activity. Looking for more? - 1Color Sonic's head, quills, back spikes, neck and arms in royal blue, leaving the white gloves and eye whites untouched.
- 2Fill the inner ears, muzzle, chest and the skin on his arm and cheeks with peach.
- 3Color the top emerald and the right-hand emeralds in bright red, the left-hand emeralds in sky blue and violet purple, and the bottom emerald in bright green.
- 4Fill the middle and right yellow emeralds with golden yellow, and the lower-left gems with the same colors you used above.
- 5Color the glove stripe and shoe accent in golden yellow and brick red, and fill the shadow under the hand with slate gray.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker royal blue along the edges of the quills and under the chin to give Sonic some depth.
