- 1Start with the car body, hood and side panels in red, leaving the top edge of the body unfilled for a light outline.
- 2Fill the two windows with sky blue, keeping thin white strips along the glass for shine.
- 3Color the tires and the rear wheel charcoal gray, then the engine block, exhaust pipes and the front skull in light gray.
- 4Color the large flames with golden yellow and amber at the top, tangerine at the bottom left, and orange on the small flames, leaving the thin inner flame lines white.
- 5Fill the skulls and crossbones with cream, keeping the eye sockets and teeth dark or white as you like.
- 6Optional: add a little medium gray shading along the edges of the tires and under the skulls to give them depth.
