Sled Dogs Racing Through the Snowy Forest

Coloring guide
Three happy huskies charge straight at you in this winter scene, tongues out, harnesses and tow lines pulling a wooden sled. A smiling child in a striped knit pom-pom hat and a fur-trimmed parka stands on the back of the sled, gripping the handlebar with both hands. The dogs run along a snowy trail dotted with small chunks of snow and ice. Behind them you'll see snow-covered pine trees, small bushes, a distant forest and rolling mountains. The fluffy fur on the chests and faces gives plenty of texture to color, and the large shapes work for a range of ages. Gray, white and soft brown suit the huskies, icy blue shadows work on the snow, and a bright red hat makes the driver pop. Download and print it free for a fun afternoon. - 3Color the wooden slats of the sled warm brown and the boy's face with peach skin tones.
- 4Color the boy's jacket, scarf and the center dog's harness with bright red, and add soft pink to the dogs' ears and tongues.

- 6Optional: lightly shade the snow banks and trail with a little light gray for depth.
