Cozy Sleeping Kitten Color by Number (Adult) Window Scene
Coloring guide
On a sunny windowsill, a fluffy kitten has curled up for a nap with its eyes closed in a happy smile, chin on its front paws and a big bushy tail wrapped around its body. Next to it is a flowerpot with little hearts on it, holding four tulips with long, wide leaves. The window looks out on a cheerful village: a church steeple, small houses with chimneys, a roof of scalloped tiles, round bushes, puffy clouds and a sun with rays. Curtains frame both sides. Fur, petals and roof tiles make lots of small spaces, so patient colorers will enjoy it. Soft orange and cream stripes suit the kitten, and pink and red tulips look nice against green leaves. It's a calm, free printable for a quiet afternoon. If you enjoyed this Color by Number (Adult) page, don't miss our Adult Coloring and Christmas (Adult) coloring pages.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big areas: color the kitten's body and fluffy tail in warm orange, leaving the front paws and the cloud white.
- 2Fill the curtains, the sun and the curtain edges with sunny yellow, then color the window sky and the window panes in sky blue.
- 3Color the flower pot in ocean blue with soft blue bands, and give the tulips coral pink petals with leaf green and lime green leaves.
- 4Paint the house roofs and the church spire in brick red, the chimney in light gray, the house walls in pale yellow, and the bushes in leaf green and lime green.
- 5Optional: add a little extra shading to the kitten's tail with a slightly darker orange, then leave the paws, eye highlights, and clouds white for contrast.
