A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big areas: fill the puppy's head, both paws and its side with sand beige, leaving the eye whites and the pull cord white.
- 2Color the teddy bear's head, ear and arm with caramel brown, and the small bow with coral red.
- 3Fill the blanket with royal blue along the top edge and the right side, then fill the pillows and bed sheet behind the puppy with sky blue.
- 4Color the headboard, nightstands, bedposts and knobs with chocolate brown, and the lampshade with golden yellow, adding mustard yellow on its top band.
- 5Fill the blanket stars with golden yellow and the moons with butter yellow, and color the window sky with midnight navy, leaving the moon and stars on the window as shown.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of midnight navy along the lower blanket edge and chocolate brown on the puppy's ear for a little depth.
