Slinky Dog Leaping Over Woody in the Grass

Slinky Dog is shown mid-air above Woody, with his coiled spring body stretched out and his tail curling up toward the top of the page. His big round eyes, floppy ear, open mouth, and four paws with little rectangle markings are all drawn in clear, bold lines. Woody stands in profile on the right and looks up at him. He wears a wide-brim cowboy hat with a wavy edge, a checkered shirt, a cow-spotted vest with a round badge, a neckerchief, and a belt with jeans. A few tufts of grass and two tiny bugs fill the empty space around them. The large open areas and thick outlines work well for younger kids. Try coloring the cow spots in black and brown, then use two bright shades to alternate across Slinky's coils so the spring shape stands out. This page is free to print and easy to pair with a quick story about the two friends.
