Sly Harley Quinn Scribbling in a Notebook With Pom Pom Pencil

A smiling Harley Quinn leans toward the viewer with wide, round eyes and long lashes, her mouth curved into a sly grin. Her hair is pulled into two tall pigtails with lots of curved stripe lines, and the tips flip outward near her shoulders. She wears a thick collar made of round jingle bells, each marked with a small X. In her hand she holds a pencil topped with a fluffy little dog charm that has a bow tied under its chin. The pencil points to an open notebook, and a diamond shape is drawn on the cover. The pigtail stripes are great for practicing alternating colors, so try two bold shades in a pattern. Kids could also pick a soft color for the fuzzy pencil topper. This free printable works well for ages seven and up because of the fine hair lines.
