Angel With Heart Wings Standing on a Cloud

An angel with curly shoulder-length hair stands on a puffy cloud with both arms raised high. Each hand is shaped like a little heart or mitten, and the two big wings behind her curve up into rounded heart-like loops on either side of her head. Her face is left blank, so kids can draw in any expression they like. She wears a simple A-line dress with a scalloped band along the hem and a banded collar at the neck, and the sleeves have a stripe near each cuff. Two narrow ribbon-like shapes curl down at her sides near the waist. The large open areas make this an easy page for younger children with chunky crayons. Try coloring the wings in two tones, one shade for the outer band and another for the inside, then fill the cloud with soft blues and grays. You can print it for a quiet holiday table activity.
