A happy boy holds a bitten apple in one hand and a peeled banana in the other, and his tummy is see-through so you can trace where the food goes. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the boy's skin: color his face, neck, arms, and legs in peach, leaving the ear highlight white.
- 2Fill the shorts with denim blue and the waistband with sky blue, then color the upper and lower torso cavity in sky blue.
- 3Color the stomach and throat tube in pink and the large and small intestines in orange and pink, following the curves.
- 4Color the apple red and the banana yellow, then add brown to the tree trunks and the boy's hair.
- 5Fill the background with grass green, lime green, and forest green for bushes, plants and grass, and use pale blue for the sky, clouds, and pond. Leave the sky white where the sun rays are, and keep flower petals white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the shorts and the bushes to make the drawing feel more lively.
