Smiling Boy in Overalls, a Cute Balloon Page

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• royal blue
• peach
• chestnut brown
• golden yellow
• sky blue
• bright red
• coral pink

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Fill the boy's face, neck, ears, arms and hands with peach, leaving the eyes and smile white.
2. 2Color the hair chestnut brown, leaving a few lighter streaks near the top for shine.
3. 3Color the shirt sleeves and collar golden yellow, and add the two round buttons on the straps in the same yellow.
4. 4Fill the overalls, bib pocket, side pockets and straps with royal blue, then color the rolled leg cuffs sky blue.
5. 5Color the tongue coral pink and the shoe heels and the balloon knot bright red, keeping the shoe soles and the balloon itself white.
6. 6Optional: Add a little darker shading under the hair and along the overalls folds to make the page look more dimensional.
