Cartoon Race Car on the Road, Disney Cars Printable
Coloring guide
Coming straight at you down the road is a happy little race car with big round eyes, raised eyebrows and a wide open smile. It has a tall rear spoiler, rounded side mirrors, oval headlights and chunky wheels with lots of room for detail. Dashed lane lines run down the middle of the road. A few puffy clouds float overhead, and low bushes sit along the horizon on both sides. Large shapes and bold outlines make it a nice choice for preschoolers and early elementary kids who are still building pencil control. Red or sunny yellow suits the body, light gray works for the windows, and a soft blue sky can go behind the clouds. Print it free for a quiet afternoon or as a car-themed party activity.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the main car body, rear spoiler and side mirrors in tomato red, keeping the eye highlights and the clouds white.
- 2Fill the windshield, side window and the thin trim near the top of the windshield with sky blue.
- 3Color both headlights and the road dashes and edge lines in golden yellow.
- 4Fill the tires and bumpers with charcoal gray, then add light gray to the wheel hubs.
- 5Color the grass on both sides of the road and the bushes behind the car with grass green.
- 6Finish with maroon for the smiling mouth, soft pink for the tongue and cherry red for the small detail at the back. Optional: add a few darker strokes of tomato red along the car sides for depth.
