Smiling Cartoon Spider Sitting in a Big Web

A friendly spider with a round head and a small smile sits in the middle of a large web. It has two big eyes with little pupils, and its curvy legs are drawn like soft, wavy stripes, four on each side. The web stretches out from the center with straight lines and curved cross threads, and it runs off the edges of the page in a few corners. The lines are bold and the shapes are roomy, so younger kids can color the spider without much trouble. Try coloring the body in one bright shade and each leg in a different color, then count the legs together. The web sections also make a good spot for practicing shading or patterns. You can print it free for home or classroom use.
