Smiling Cartoon Spider with Big Web Behind It

A friendly cartoon spider walks across the page with its long, thin legs spread wide. It has a round head with two big eyes that look downward, a tiny nose and a small smile. Behind it, a large oval body rises up and ends in a round spiderweb at the top. The web has lines that spread out from the center, with many curved sections between them. The legs are bent at the joints and end in sharp points, so they are fun to trace. The body and head are big, open spaces that work well for bold patterns like stripes or dots. Try coloring the web in light gray or silver and the spider in a bright color so it stands out. This page also works for a short lesson on how spiders spin webs. Printable and easy to color with crayons or markers.
