Butterfly-Watching Chameleon on a Leafy Branch, Reptiles Page
Coloring guide
Here is a cheerful chameleon with big round eyes, holding onto a leafy branch and looking up at a little butterfly fluttering over its head. It has a ridged crest on its head, a scalloped edge down its back, curved stripes across its belly, and a tail curled into a neat spiral at the bottom. The butterfly has a smiling face, two curly antennae, and big rounded wings. Pointed leaves sprout from the branch, so there are plenty of different shapes to fill in. Bold, clean lines make this a nice pick for preschoolers and early elementary kids practicing control with crayons or markers. Lime green with yellow stripes would look great on the chameleon, and soft purple or orange could make the butterfly stand out. Print it for a calm creative break. Kids who like Reptiles coloring pages usually enjoy Snake and Birds too.
