Cowboy Dog With Hat and Bandana by the Desert Fence

Front and center sits a happy puppy in a big cowboy hat and a triangle bandana knotted at the neck, mouth open and tongue hanging out in a cheerful grin. A wooden rail fence runs across the page behind it, with a tall saguaro cactus on the right. On the left, a big sun with long rays sits low behind a gentle hill. Small tufts of grass and a few rocks surround the dog's paws. Fluffy fur, floppy ears and a curled tail give kids lots of detail, while the large open shapes of the hat, bandana and sun are easy for little hands. For a sunny western look, try a warm tan or brown hat, a bright red bandana and a golden-yellow sun. This free printable fits a quiet afternoon or a western-themed day at school.
