Leafy hair tops this little character, who strides across the page with a small watering can in one hand. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the face, head and the hand on the left arm peach, leaving the two eye whites and the highlight spots white.
- 2Fill the overalls, the arm on the right and the boots with sky blue, then add a little deep blue shading on the boots.
- 3Color the hat cone with orange and golden yellow stripes, add a rust brown band around the brim, and fill the scarf with bright red and golden yellow stripes, leaving the fringe tips white.
- 4Fill the hair leaves, the plant leaves and the stems with leaf green, and color the tongue coral pink.
- 5Color the watering can sky blue with a golden yellow spout head, and fill the flower centers golden yellow and the small flower petals rose pink, leaving the big flower petals white.
- 6Optional: add a bit of deep blue shading on the watering can and the lower part of the boots to give it more depth.
