Flower Crown Girl Among Garden Blooms, Elena of Avalor
Coloring guide
This cheerful girl has curly, shoulder-length hair and a big smile, and she stands with her hands gently clasped. On her head is a crown of flowers with pointed leaves. Her dress has a ruffled scalloped collar, short flutter sleeves, a wide sash with a little bow-like flower at the waist, and a flowing skirt. Large five-petal flowers with long leaves rise from the ground on both sides of her, with soft rounded bumps along the bottom edge. Bold, clean outlines make it a good fit for preschoolers and early elementary kids with crayons or markers, while the curls, ruffles and petals keep older kids busy. Pink and yellow could go on the crown and blooms, with a contrasting turquoise for the dress and sash. Download the free PDF and print it at home for a quiet creative moment. This fits right in with our Elena of Avalor coloring pages — see also Frozen and Beauty and the Beast.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the face, neck, arms and legs in light peach, leaving the eye whites, the smile highlights and the background white.
- 2Color the long curly hair, the hair top and the hair curls in warm brown, working around the face and flower crown.
- 3Fill the dress, collar, sleeves, sash and skirt in sky blue, then color the sash bow and sash in soft pink.
- 4Color the crown flowers and the garden flowers in soft pink and bright pink, then fill each flower center with golden yellow.
- 5Use leaf green for the crown leaves, the garden leaves and the bushes at the bottom, and color the stems in olive green.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading with a slightly darker shade of each color along the edges of the hair, dress folds and petals for depth.
