Smiling Goldfish With Flowing Fins and Scales

Coloring guide
A cheerful goldfish swims toward the left with a round face, one big dark eye, and a small open smile. Its lips stick out a little, and a tiny curved line marks the nostril area. Rows of scalloped scales cover the middle of the body, getting smaller near the tail. A ruffled fin rises along the back, and the long tail fin is split into wavy, ribbon-like sections with lots of stripes. Smaller fins sit under the belly and by the cheek. Kids can color each scale row in a different shade of orange and yellow, then save a bright color for the tail so the flowing lines really stand out. It also works well for a quick lesson on fish body parts. Print as many copies as you need for a classroom or a rainy afternoon at home.
