Smiling Ice Resurfacer and Driver on the Hockey Rink
Coloring guide
This free printable coloring page shows a cheerful ice resurfacer machine on a hockey rink. The machine has a big friendly face with wide eyes, raised eyebrows and an open smile. A boy in a baseball cap sits behind the steering wheel, smiling as he drives. You can see the wide blade at the front, a small scraper box on the side, and two chunky wheels with round hub details. Behind the machine is a hockey goal with a crisscross net, plus the rink boards and tall posts along the back. Curved lines on the ground mark the ice. Try coloring the machine a bright blue or red, give the driver's cap a team-style color of your own, and leave the ice white or add a pale blue so the curved lines stand out. The large open shapes make it easy for younger kids to color inside the lines.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big ice floor areas and the rink wall panels in pale ice blue, leaving the wall glass and boards near the driver white.
- 2Color the main body of the ice resurfacer, including the front face and sides, in bright blue, and the hood top and upper body in sky blue.
- 3Fill the wide yellow stripes along the lower body, the front plate and the boards in golden yellow, leaving the driver seat and goal post white.
- 4Color the driver's cap and jacket in bright red, the face in peach skin, and the goal frame in bright red, then add the blade and bumper parts in silver gray and slate gray.
- 5Fill the tires in charcoal gray and the wheel hubs in silver gray, then color the smile in coral pink and leave the eye whites white.
- 6Optional: add light shading on the ice with light steel blue along the edges and under the machine for depth.
