A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the sky and the leafy trees: color the sky blue, using light sky blue, and fill the trees and bushes with leaf green, keeping the clouds white.
- 2Color the car body in bright red, including the front bumper, side panels, and the open hood, and fill the wheels with charcoal gray for the tires and pale silver gray for the rims.
- 3Fill the mechanic's face and forearms with peach skin, then color his shirt in golden yellow and his overalls in bright blue.
- 4Color the garage walls and roof beams with honey orange and golden tan, and paint the toolbox bright red with the handle and lid details in dark red.
- 5Add the tools, pegboard, and shoes: use medium brown for his shoes and the tool belt, and pale yellow for the small house window, leaving the headlight highlights and fog light white.
