Waving Pencil Character with a Flower for Teacher Appreciation Day
Coloring guide
Standing tall with big round eyes and an open, happy smile, this cartoon pencil waves one gloved hand and holds a leafy-stemmed flower in the other. Its sharpened tip has a scalloped wood edge, long vertical lines run down the body, and a banded section sits near the bottom. It also has thin arms and legs and oversized rounded shoes. Simple outlined stars and hearts float around it on a plain white background, leaving easy spaces for little hands. A yellow body, a pink or red flower and mixed bright colors for the hearts and stars would be fun. Print it as a thank-you activity for a favorite teacher. Bold, clear lines suit preschoolers and early elementary kids with crayons or markers. More like this: explore the Teacher Appreciation Day, Snowman and The Grinch coloring page collections.
