- 1Start with the big green areas: color the rolling hills, the bushes and the grass along the highway in lime green and leafy green, leaving the clouds white.
- 2Color the road in cool gray and the lower body of the police car, bumper and side panels in bright blue, keeping the car hood white.
- 3Fill the windshield with pale sky blue and the headlights with pale yellow and butter yellow, and add the motorcycle's center light in bright yellow.
- 4Paint the officer's face in peach skin, the jacket in steel blue and the helmet top in bright blue with a golden yellow badge, keeping the helmet side and the mirrors white.
