The giant heart is the star of this page, and a cheerful bear sits upright with its paws wrapped around it. The bear has big round ears with inner circles, shiny eyes, a small tuft of fur on top of its head and a happy smile. Both feet face forward, each showing a big paw pad with three little toe pads. Three small hearts float nearby, one at the upper left and one on each side. With no background, little hands can stay focused on the bear. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the bear's head, both ears, both arms, the belly and the chest area with caramel brown.
- 2Color the big heart in the bear's arms and the three small hearts with coral red.
- 3Fill the inner ears, the muzzle, the foot pads and the toe pads with light peach.
- 4Leave the eye shine spots and the page background white so the eyes look bright.
- 5Optional: add a few light back-and-forth strokes of darker caramel brown on the head and paws for a cozy, textured look.
