Smiling Troll With Tall Hair Riding a Critter Board

A grinning troll balances on a long, segmented creature that works like a surfboard, with small legs along its edge and a toothy little face at the front. The troll has a huge swoop of straight hair streaming upward in long pointed strands, big rounded ears, a round bulbous nose and a wide open smile. One arm stretches out behind for balance while the other hand points down toward the front. The troll wears a simple top and shorts, and both feet are bare. Lots of long hair lines mean there is plenty to color. Try a rainbow of hair colors, stripe by stripe, then use a contrasting shade for the creature's body so the troll's feet stand out. It also works well for talking about balance and movement. This page is free to print.
