Ukulele Troll Strumming on a Spotted Mushroom
Coloring guide
Perched on top of a big spotted mushroom, a happy little troll strums a small ukulele with his mouth open in a grin. His hair shoots up in a tall, spiky flame. He has large pointed ears, round eyes, a round nose and a ragged little outfit, and his bare feet rest on the mushroom cap. Four music notes drift around him, so you can almost hear the song. Grass tufts poke up on both sides of the stem at the bottom. The big simple shapes and polka dots keep it easy for younger kids, and older ones can take it slow. A rainbow of hair colors would be fun, maybe pink melting into orange and yellow. Then try a deep red or purple cap with dots in contrasting shades. It's a free printable for a rainy day or a classroom break. Kids who like Trolls coloring pages usually enjoy Huggy Wuggy (Poppy Playtime) and Talking Tom too.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big mushroom stem and the small stones at the bottom using light peach for the stem and light gray for the stones.
- 2Fill the mushroom cap with cherry red, leaving the round spots white, and color the grass tufts leaf green.
- 3Color the troll's face, hands, feet and chin lime green, then add the spiky hair in sky blue.
- 4Color the overalls and straps denim blue, the guitar body and top orange, and the headstock chocolate brown.
- 5Add the music notes: sky blue for the bottom left note, lavender purple for the right note, golden yellow for the left note head, and cherry red for the top right note heads.
- 6Finish with the mouth in brick red, the tongue in hot pink, and keep the eye whites white. Optional: add a little darker shading on the cap and hair for depth.
