Rocket, Planets and Moon Around SPACE Bubble Letters

Coloring guide
Up in the top left corner, a smiling rocket blasts off with a round porthole face and a fiery flame trail. Across from it floats a big ringed planet with wavy stripes. The word SPACE sits in the middle in fat, puffy bubble letters with plenty of room for markers or crayons. Around the letters are a crescent moon with a happy face and cratered cheeks, a few small planets, a tiny swirling galaxy, shooting stars with streaky tails, and lots of outlined stars and dots across the sky. Soft clouds sit in the bottom corners. Younger kids can take on the big letters while older ones tackle the small stars. A pale yellow moon and a ringed planet in orange and purple stripes would look great. Print this sheet at home for a classroom project or weekend craft. - 2Fill the rocket body with light gray, then color its nose tip and fins in coral red and its side bands in bright blue and dark gray, leaving the round window glass and the face white.
- 3Color the big ringed planet with golden yellow stripes and sky blue rings, keeping the bright highlight on the ring white.
- 4Add the moon in lemon yellow with golden yellow craters, then color its face and the small stars in bright yellow.
- 5Fill the rocket flames with coral red, tangerine orange and bright yellow, then color the small planets, the swirling galaxy and the clouds in light blue, pale teal and light gray.
- 6Optional: Add a few light shading lines along one side of the letters and the planet for a little extra depth.
