Space Pattern of Unicorn Pusheen Cats with Moons and UFOs
Coloring guide
Plump cats with little unicorn horns float all over this repeating pattern, each with a spiky mane, a pointed tail and tiny whiskers. They're drawn at different angles, so some look tilted or upside down, which keeps your eyes moving around the page. Filling the gaps are crescent moons, striped planets, puffy clouds, shooting stars with streaming tails, small four-point sparkles and flying saucers with round windows. Bold, clean outlines and big shapes mean little hands can color them in without much fuss, and the busy layout suits a longer, relaxed session. Pastel purples and pinks on the manes and horns would look good, and the striped planets could take alternating blue and yellow bands. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big cat bodies: color every rounded cat body in warm gray, leaving the small eye whites and the teeth white.
- 2Fill the striped planets and the round moon-like spheres with lavender, and color the UFO bases in orange.
- 3Color the crescent moons, stars and the big sparkles in lemon yellow, and the top-left moon in amber yellow.
- 4Add the clouds in sky blue, then color the rainbow trails with bubblegum pink, orchid purple and peach pink.
- 5Color the cat horns and cat tails in amber yellow and coral red, keeping the background white.
- 6Optional: add a little shading on the edges of the cat bodies and clouds with a slightly darker tone of the same color to make them pop.
