Splashy Baby in a Foamy Tub with a Rubber Duck

Coloring guide
Here's a happy baby with tufty hair sitting in a footed tub heaped with soapy foam, squeezing a little rubber duck against the chest. Big round eyes and an open-mouthed grin keep the splashy moment cheerful. Bubbles of all sizes drift through the air, and a striped towel hangs over the tub's edge for when bath time is done. Thick outlines and roomy shapes are friendly to small hands, so this free printable works well for toddlers and preschoolers just getting started with crayons. Yellow for the duck with an orange beak looks good, along with soft blue or pink for the tub and a pastel stripe on the towel. Light blue or purple on the bubbles gives them a shiny, see-through look. This fits right in with our Baby coloring pages — see also Cookie and Diversity & Inclusion.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the baby's skin: fill the face, both arms, both ears and the ear tops with a soft peach.
- 2Color the baby's hair light brown, then the rubber duck in golden yellow with an orange beak.
- 3Fill the bathtub body and its side and rim with sky blue, and color both feet sky blue too.
- 4Color the towel golden yellow, leaving the two diagonal stripes near the bottom white.
- 5Use pale blue for the foam heaps and the small bubbles inside the foam, then use light blue for the large bubbles around the baby.
- 6Finish with a soft pink open mouth. Optional: add a little darker shade on the sky blue tub to make it look rounder.
