Jump for Joy with SpongeBob SquarePants
Coloring guide
Up in the air goes SpongeBob, both arms thrown high and wide, with a big open-mouth grin and two buck teeth. Wide eyes with long lashes, a round nose and cheeks, and pores scattered over his square body give him tons of personality. He's in his collared shirt, a little tie and belted square pants, with skinny legs kicked up behind him and black shoes at the bottom. The page has no background and the large shapes are easy for small hands to color. A bright sunny yellow works for his body, and you can dot a few lighter and darker yellow spots into the pores for extra texture. Save it as a free PDF, no sign-up needed. Fans of SpongeBob SquarePants coloring pages often like The Flintstones and Calico Critters as well.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the big sponge body, face, and both hands with golden yellow, leaving the eye whites, teeth, shirt, and white gloves uncolored.
- 2Color the round spots on the sponge body with olive green, including the larger spots on the left and right sides.
- 3Fill the pants at the bottom of the body with warm brown, keeping the white shirt stripe and collar bright white.
- 4Color the open mouth deep maroon and add a soft pink tongue at the bottom of it.
- 5Add the bright red tie in the center of the shirt collar.
- 6Optional: add a little darker yellow along the edges of the body to make it look more rounded.
