Spotted Buck With Large Antlers Standing Sideways

Spotted Buck With Large Antlers Standing Sideways coloring sheet

Coloring guide

A spotted buck stands in profile with its body angled to the left while its head turns to look straight out at you. Tall branching antlers rise high above its head, each with several pointed tines. Its large ears are drawn with inner lines, and you can see small eyes, a nose and a few fine creases on the face and neck. The back and sides are covered in oval spots of different sizes, while the legs, hooves and short tail are left plain with clean outlines. There is no background, so the deer is easy to color on its own. Try mixing warm browns and tans for the coat, then leave the spots cream or white so they stand out. This printable page also works well for a quick lesson on how antlers differ from horns.
