Spotted Deer Looking Back With Forked Antler Tips

Coloring guide
A single spotted deer stands in profile with its head turned to look back toward the viewer. Two tall, branching antlers rise high above its head, each ending in a forked tip. The ears are large and rounded, and the face has a small oval nose and narrow eyes. Scattered dots of different sizes are drawn across the body, and a few of them are outlined circles that are left open for coloring. The legs are long and thin with small hooves, and a short tail curves at the back. There is no background, so kids can focus on the animal. This free page works well for a lesson on deer markings. Try browns and tans for the coat, then pick a lighter shade to fill in the open spots so they stand out against the body.
