Sprinkler Splash: The Loud House Water Balloon Fight

Out in the backyard, a boy and two girls toss water balloons while a happy puppy leaps through the spray of a lawn sprinkler. The boy on the left stretches out his arm mid-throw, with another balloon in his other hand. At the back, the girl with a ponytail holds one balloon overhead and another in her hand. The girl with a headband on the right grips a balloon and smiles big. One round balloon is flying through the air in the middle. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big background: fill the bushes and grass in leaf green and lime green, then the fences in sandy tan.
- 2Color the dog in golden orange for its body, head, ears and tail, then add its hot pink tongue and tomato red collar.
- 3Fill the kids' skin areas in peach skin, then color the boy's shirt in ocean blue and shorts in khaki beige, the girl's pink tank top in hot pink, and the right girl's top in lavender purple with light blue shorts.
- 4Paint the balloons: purple, lime green, tomato red, ocean blue and lemon yellow. Color the hair in chestnut brown for the boy, copper brown for the girl with the ponytail, and sunny yellow for the right girl.
- 5Add the water splashes in aqua blue and light blue, the sprinkler base in bright blue and lemon yellow, and the hose in emerald green. Leave the sun and sky white.
- 6Optional: add a slightly darker shade of each color on one side of the shapes to make the drawing look more three dimensional.
